No, you are not required to provide any supplies, cleaning products or a vacuum. Our staff members are outfitted with their own equipment and cleaning supplies. If, however, you would rather we use your own supplies and/or products, just let us know. We can take customized requests if you would like a certain product used in your home.
To maximize a clean we recommend that our clients tidy up prior to a clean. We ask that toys, household items, clothing or anything else that may be laying around or in the way be tidied. It is easier for us to deep clean counters if they are clear of clutter. Please keep sinks clear of dishes if possible so that we can deep clean your sink . Please ensure you have a toilet bowl brush for each toilet , and leave a garbage bag out on the counter for us if it's your first clean.
We love our fur clients! We understand that not all pets will be comfortable with someone new in their home. Please let us know how we can make your pet more comfortable and provide any special instructions for their care while we are present. If your pet is not friendly with new people we ask that they be away from our staff member for the duration of the clean.
We require a 50% deposit upon booking one time cleans and move out cleans. We require 48 hours notice for full return of deposit. If cancelled within 48 hours prior to clean, the deposit will become non refundable.
We always do our best to give an accurate estimate in pricing for each clean, however we reserve the right to charge according to the actual number of hours the clean took and the number of cleaners we needed to send. No two homes are alike, therefore no two cleans are alike. It is important to kindly be upfront about the condition of your home so that we can accurately plan for your clean. If not we may not have enough time to complete the clean.
Following the provincial goverments current Covid-19 regulations, we want to keep our clients and employees as safe as possible. We require that clients not be present in the home during cleans. We understand this could be challenging for some who work from home, in which case we ask that you reach out so we can coordinate a plan for your clean.
